MEET YOUR GUIDE
Octavio Husayn
Founder of Create Your Life Method.
I’ve never been short on ideas. What I struggled with was direction—and finishing what I started. I needed clarity about where I wanted to go, small steps I could follow, and enough flexibility to enjoy the journey.
Each chapter gave me tools: aviation taught me preparation and checklists; restaurants, presence, creativity, and the care behind a shared experience. Public relations and real estate deepened my understanding of people and what matters to them. Coaching helped me bring those lessons into a practice I could share.
Along the way, I explored how the mind shapes what we imagine and create. Yoga and meditation taught me to quiet the noise, listen to my body, and make room for a life I enjoy.
I didn’t have to choose just one part of myself. I could weave my interests, experiences, and ambitions intentionally into the life I wanted to live.
CYLM brings those lessons together. It’s part of Be Communitee, the wider community I’m building around intentional living and meaningful connection. Both are ideas I’m turning into reality through this same work—my own living example of moving from possibility to action.
I’m still practicing, and still getting closer. I share these tools in the hope that what’s helped me can help you find your own way, too.
Meet MIDORI.
Midori is my daily reminder—my own “Black Mamba.” A name that brings me back to how I want to show up, every day.
Each day, I return to the cycle: pause, set an intention, choose a direction, act, notice the results, and reflect. I’m practicing alongside you.
“You decide what a meaningful life looks like to you.”
