Your Life in Practice
Finding Your North Star · Exploration 06
Recognize what matters in your everyday life.
Reflect on how your nine Life Compass areas show up in ordinary moments, from cooking creatively to helping someone you love. Notice what already feels fulfilling and choose what you would like to make more room for.
Your life. Your direction. Your pace.
How this exploration works
- Choose a date and look back on your day with curiosity. Begin with one moment you remember; a few sentences are enough.
- Notice where the nine Life Compass areas appeared. Cooking can express Creation, a new restaurant can express Exploration, and helping your sister can express Purpose. Your own meaning guides the reflection.
- Write how you felt, what you appreciated or noticed, and what you learned. One moment may nourish several areas; you do not need to fill every area every day.
- Choose one intention to carry forward. Your dated entry saves in this browser; return to that date to revisit it, or print or save a readable journal page.
A glimpse of what this could look like
Creation: cooked something new. Exploration: tried a neighborhood restaurant. Purpose: helped my sister work through a problem. Relationships: listened without rushing. An ordinary day can hold many expressions of what matters.
