NORTH STAR / EXERCISE 01
Your 300 Possibilities
Make room for what you want
Get the ideas out of your head and onto a page, so you can see what you want to explore.
You may have lots of ideas, or feel unsure where to start. One idea is enough.
Write one possibility in any list. You may continue with that one idea.

Try one of these questions: What matters to me here? What would a small version look like? What feels possible today?
Experience: visit Japan in spring. Learn: make a ceramic bowl. Serve: cook a meal for a neighbor. “Travel the world” can stay as an opening idea, with individual destinations beneath it.
Keep a copy or work on paper
The complete exercise includes a cover, instructions and six 50-line sheets. Reprint the blank sheet whenever you need more space.
Continue with what you have
Bring a few possibilities to Meet the Nine Areas of Life. Keep adding to your original lists as new ideas appear.
