Try one of these questions: What matters to me here? What would a small version look like? What feels possible today?
Desired rhythm: an unhurried morning with room for creativity. Next Tuesday: 7–8 p.m., one hour learning a new recipe. Smaller version on a crowded day: choose the recipe and prepare the ingredients.
Keep a copy or work on paper
Each complete exercise has a cover, instructions and one worksheet. Reprint the worksheet whenever you need it.
Continue with what you have
Keep the ideal day as a guide. Carry the chosen action into your planning; you do not need to schedule the entire imagined day.
